Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated September 30, 2026
This policy explains what you pay RegimePlan for, when a payment can be refunded, and how to stop using RegimePlan. It is part of our Terms of Service. RegimePlan is operated by Youakeem Studio, a sole proprietorship (enskild firma) based in Sweden.
1. What you pay for
Free costs nothing. You pay RegimePlan for two things, both from Billing in your RegimePlan settings:
- A paid offering (Growth, Pro or Clinic), which lets your practice have more active clients and staff members, at the prices shown in Billing and on our website. You pay by Instapay, in advance, for a month or a year, and a year costs the same as 10 months.
- Credit, a prepaid balance in US dollars that the AI features draw on. You buy it in fixed amounts of $10, $25 or $50, by card or by Instapay.
When you pay by card, sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is added on top at checkout, and the checkout may also show the price in your local currency. When you pay for credit by Instapay, you pay in Egyptian pounds at the day's exchange rate plus 3%. You see that amount before you pay, and it's fixed when you create the payment.
Nothing is charged automatically. You make every payment yourself, and a paid offering doesn't renew on its own.
2. Who takes the payment
Card payments for credit are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. Dodo resells the credit to you, collects the payment and any tax, and sends your receipt, so your bank statement shows Dodo Payments. Dodo's Buyer Terms apply to the payment itself, alongside this policy.
Instapay payments, for an offering or for credit, go directly to Youakeem Studio, at the Instapay address shown in Billing. Credit you pay for by Instapay is sold by us, not through Dodo.
3. Refunds
A paid period isn't refunded, not even the part you haven't used. Credit can't be refunded once it's bought, whether or not you've spent it. That includes a period that's still running and credit left in your balance when you close your account.
We do refund a payment that was a mistake:
- you were charged twice for the same card purchase;
- you were charged a different amount from the one you chose;
- you were charged for credit that never reached your balance. If you prefer, we add the credit instead;
- you sent an Instapay transfer by mistake, or sent the same payment twice.
Email us at business@youakeem.com within 30 days of the payment, from the email address on your RegimePlan account, with its date and amount. Once we've checked it, we refund a card payment through Dodo Payments to the card or payment method you paid with, and an Instapay transfer by Instapay. Your bank may take a few business days to show a card refund. The credit that came with a refunded payment is taken back out of your balance.
If the law that applies to you gives you a right to a refund that this policy doesn't, you keep that right.
4. Cancelling and closing your account
Nothing renews automatically, so there's nothing to cancel. To stop paying for an offering, don't pay for the next period. When the period you paid for ends, your practice keeps its offering for 7 days of grace and then moves back to Free, which you can keep using for as long as you like. Nobody loses access: running plans and current staff stay. You stop paying for credit by not buying more, and a checkout you started and didn't finish charges nothing.
To close your account, email us from the email address on it. Closing an account doesn't refund a paid period that's still running or the credit left in it. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data afterwards.
5. Disputes with your bank
If a charge looks wrong, please email us before you dispute it with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster, and a dispute on a charge that was correct can take weeks to settle. While a charge on your account is disputed, we may pause credit purchases on that account.
6. What your clients pay you
The packages your clients buy from your practice are paid to you directly, by the payment methods you set up, such as a bank transfer, Instapay, a mobile wallet or cash. RegimePlan never receives or holds that money and isn't part of that sale, so refunds for packages are between you and your client, under your own terms.
